The Grand Voyage

The Grand Voyage

Your dream trip — completely done for you.

This is the ultimate white-glove service for travelers who want a fully custom experience without lifting a finger. You bring your vision — and I take it from there.

  • We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your preferences, travel style, and desired pace.
  • From there, I design your Dream Vacation Blueprint, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and curated experiences.
  • Once the plan is presented, you'll have up to two (or three, depending on the complexity) rounds of revisions before everything is finalized.
  • Once approved, I handle all bookings — flights, trains, stays, transfers, dining, and more — and deliver a beautifully organized itinerary with all confirmations, contact details, and guidance.

Your job? Pack your bags and enjoy the journey.

My 5-Step Planning Process

Planning a trip to France should feel exciting, not overwhelming. I guide you through every step with care and attention to detail, so your experience reflects exactly what you love — and none of what you don’t. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: We Begin with a Conversation

I start by getting to know you. During a phone or video consultation, we’ll talk about what kind of trip you’re dreaming of — and what kind of traveler you are. I’ll ask about your pace, priorities, preferences, and any needs that should be taken into account, including travel with children, sensory sensitivities, or accessibility.

This helps me understand the full picture before I begin crafting your itinerary. If you're not sure what you want yet, that’s okay — I’ll guide you with thoughtful questions.

Step 2: I Design Your Custom Itinerary

Once I understand your vision, I create a personalized itinerary that weaves together the experiences that matter most to you — whether that's castle visits, seaside walks, charming villages, or time in the Provençal countryside.

Your itinerary will include a day-by-day outline, location flow, suggestions for meals, cultural insights, and opportunities for unique local experiences. I aim to balance structure with flexibility, so you feel supported but never rushed.

Step 3: You Review and Refine

After I send the itinerary draft, you’ll have time to review and reflect. I welcome your feedback — whether you want to slow the pace, add a special experience, or adjust accommodations. We’ll go back and forth until every detail feels just right.

Your trip should feel like it was made for you — because it is.

Step 4: I Take Care of the Bookings

Once your itinerary is finalized, I handle the logistics. That includes booking hotels, private guides, transportation, and experiences. I also offer dining suggestions and can make reservations where needed.

You’ll receive a complete, organized travel plan — either in a digital format you can access on your phone or as a printable PDF. Everything will be confirmed, clear, and ready before you leave home.

Step 5: You Travel — I Stay Available

While you’re in France, I remain available for questions or support. Need to adjust a dinner reservation, ask for a recommendation, or clarify a transfer? You can message me directly. I may be planning from afar, but you won’t be on your own.

My goal is to give you the freedom to enjoy your journey — knowing that someone thoughtful and experienced has taken care of the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions. (FAQs)

How I Plan Your Dream Vacation

I use my 5-Step process to plan your dream vacation. I take the time to get to know you, understand what matters most, and design a custom itinerary that reflects your style, priorities, budget, and pace.

Planning Window

  • Trips planned 6–9 months in advance allow for a smoother, more flexible experience
  • Any request less than 90 days before departure is considered last-minute and may be subject to a rush fee

Planning Fee Details

The planning fee covers the full consultation, research, and design of your trip—along with the time spent communicating, adjusting details, and ensuring your trip reflects exactly what you need. Charging a planning fee allows me to allocate the time and attention your trip deserves.

The fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to move forward or cancel the trip for any reason, including unforeseen events. If you choose to change destinations entirely once planning has started, a new planning fee will apply. Additional fees may apply for extended revisions or complex adjustments.

I plan trips that meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum trip length: 7 travel nights
  • Maximum group size: 6 travelers
  • Booking timeline: Planning begins 6 to 9 months prior to departure

Please note: I do not offer à la carte services or partial planning. I design complete, start-to-finish trips—not individual destinations or components. All days within the trip, including rest or “downtime” days, are considered travel days and are included in the scope of planning.

How I Choose Travel Suppliers for Your Trip

When planning your journey, I don’t just recommend what’s cheapest or most convenient on paper—I carefully select each supplier with your comfort, safety, and overall experience in mind. Here’s how I approach it:

  1. Comfort, Convenience & Reliability Come First
I prioritize travel experiences that are smooth and stress-free. Over the years, I’ve learned that chasing the cheapest option often comes at a cost—missed connections, uncomfortable stays, unnecessary hassle, and lost enjoyment. Your peace of mind while traveling is priceless, and it starts with well-chosen suppliers.

  2. Balancing Your Budget & Expectations
Once I identify the best options in terms of quality and ease, the next step is to match them with your travel budget and expectations. Sometimes, it aligns perfectly. Other times, I may need to negotiate or adjust. I always aim to strike the right balance—and if investing slightly more brings significantly more ease and joy to your experience, I’ll let you know exactly why it’s worth it.

  3. Luxury Doesn’t Always Mean Expensive
To me, luxury is about thoughtful indulgence, not price tags. It might mean a plush bed after a long walk through Paris, or a quiet room with air-conditioning in the summer. These small comforts matter. I plan with that kind of luxury in mind—practical, restorative, and perfectly suited to you.

  4. Safety Is Non-Negotiable
With my background as a former flight stewardess for Singapore Airlines, safety is instinctual. I work only with trusted, vetted providers who prioritize traveler wellbeing—because when you feel safe, you can truly relax and immerse yourself in the experience.

  5. Flexibility Where It Counts
Whenever possible, I choose suppliers that offer flexibility—like refundable rates or reserve-now-pay-later options. Travel plans can shift, and having room to pivot without penalty adds confidence and ease to your journey.

  6. A Network of Over 90+ Trusted Suppliers
If your first-choice option isn’t available, you’re not left hanging. I have access to a global network of over 90 reputable travel partners, giving us reliable alternatives that still meet the standards we’ve set for your trip.

Supplier Ratings & Reputation Matter
I take ratings and reviews seriously. When I select a hotel, tour operator, or transportation partner, I consider their reputation within the industry and among real travelers. This added layer of vetting helps ensure quality and consistency—giving you the confidence that every piece of your trip is in good hands.
